SCHOOL OF THE ARTS
Overview
MCA’s Music Division includes a youth choir, Winona Area Youth Singers (WAYS), as well as private voice instruction. WAYS is offered throughout each academic year. Private voice lessons are offered year round. Members of WAYS participate in weekly repertoire sessions, a special mentorship program with Saint Mary’s University choirs, and perform in concerts, community outreach events, and holiday caroling. Expansion of the MCA music division in the near future will include private lessons in piano and as well as other instruments.
